Fairview condo inventory took a dip in August after climbing steadily since January. Typically condo inventory climbs in the fall cycle in September and then drops steadily until the end of the year but this year has proven unlike others due to COVID's impact.
Condo sales on the other hand in Fairview continued to rise in August and exceeded levels seen at any point in 2018 and 2019. When looked at from a 5 year perspective sales however are lower than the heights seen in peak cycles from 2015 to 2017 as seen below.
Median sales prices for condos in Fairview have been on the rise since April's brief COVID downtown.
