I am an award winning experienced real estate consultant that specializes in Vancouver West and the Fairview area, specifically in Fairview condos and townhomes.  I take pride in knowing and understanding local real estate markets by neighbourhoods, and dedicate my profession to ensuring my clients get top dollar for the sale of their homes in the least amount of time possible.

I entered the Real Estate Market with a strong desire to focus on the highest level of service and expertise that would create a positive client experience… so much so that people would gladly, and with confidence refer me to friends, family and colleagues.  Through an open communication style, honesty, and clear understanding of a clients goals I am very confidant in delivering these types of results for any home buyers and home sellers.

I created Fairview-Condo.com over a year ago in a time where there was very little on the web specifically designed for the Fairview condo owner or future Fairview real estate and condo owners and/or investors.  In creating this website my goal was to cover ALL of the bases, and not just focus on Fairview real estate. Presenting active condo and townhome listings, sales, and price reduced home information was just a start.  I served up useful tools like Google Streetview, Mortgage Calculator, Walkscore, and Optimized Photo Display.  This however wasn't enough as I felt people need to know a lot more about living in a community than that.  Therefore this website offers community information on top of local real estate market knowledge that is helpful in buying or selling a home in Fairview, Vancouver, BC.  

A Little About Me and My Family

Specializing in the Vancouver West real estate markets comes easy as I am a long term resident and condo owner currently living on West Broadway.   Living with my wife and young son we make the most out of Vancouver living by being regular outdoor enthusiasts.  Having grown up skiing and snowboarding we like to spend our free time in the winter at Whistler on the slopes with family and friends, or catching a few late evening runs at Cypress Mountain.  In the summer on our days off we can be found at the Kitsilano pool, beach, Charleston Park walking our dog, or if I'm lucky I'll get in a day of downhill mountain biking on the North Shore or in the Whistler bike park.

I went to the University of Western Ontario after high school to pursue a degree in Environmental Resource Management. After graduating I found the career prospects to be far from what I had envisioned for myself and decided to take up an excellent work opportunity in Tokyo, Japan.  It was an amazing experience, the people and culture were wonderful, and food amazing but after a few years I longed to be back in British Columbia with family and friends. 

Having had a mother that was a Realtor, and a close cousin currently working in the industry I knew that being a real estate agent was the right fit for me. The work involves working closely with people each day and it is always stimulating as market fluctuations allow me to find different opportunities for clients in areas I know well.

I take a lot of pride in the quality of my service and most recently was awarded the Sutton "Director's Award". Meeting new people, and helping them through the home buying and selling process provides me with a deep sense of job satisfaction. To be able to help someone achieve their dream of home ownership is a very special moment.
